Request the car
Choose the car, fill in your details, and pin where we should deliver. Confirm the hire, then pay on delivery or M-Pesa now.
We confirm the unit
You get the plate, a current photo, the excess, and the deposit. Nothing is charged until you accept that message.
Handover
JKIA, Wilson, Westlands, or your hotel. We walk the car, shoot the four corners, and put the papers in the glovebox.
On the road
Fuel is full-to-full. Unlimited kilometres on economy cars. WhatsApp the desk if plans change — one-ways and extra days are normal.

/ FAQ
Before the keys move.
What do I need to hire a car?+
A valid driving licence (Kenyan or international), a national ID or passport, and a refundable security deposit. For chauffeur hire you only need ID. Minimum self-drive age is 23 with two years’ experience.
Is insurance included?+
Yes. Every car leaves with comprehensive cover and a stated excess. You can buy down the excess at the desk. Theft, third-party, and passenger liability are in the daily rate — we put it in writing before you pay.
Can I pay with M-Pesa?+
Yes. Pay now with M-Pesa STK, or pay after delivery when the car is at JKIA, the hotel, or your gate. The refundable deposit is M-Pesa at handover either way. Cards and bank transfer are available for corporates.
Do you deliver to hotels and JKIA?+
Nairobi, Mombasa, Diani, Kisumu, Nakuru, Nanyuki, Eldoret, and Malindi. JKIA and Wilson are staffed. Hotel and Airbnb delivery is a timed slot, not a maybe.
Can I cross into Tanzania or Uganda?+
Yes on selected 4x4s with 72 hours’ notice. We handle COMESA papers and Yellow Card. Cross-border is not available on every economy car.
What if I break down?+
24/7 roadside on every contract. We partner with recovery teams on the Mombasa Road, Nakuru highway, and the coast. A replacement car is the default, not a debate.
